I partner with clients who are seeking self-directed, lasting changes, which promote health and wellness both physically and mentally. I work alongside my clients helping them gain awareness of their goals and priorities, to better their thoughts, feelings, and options, and take appropriate action to accomplish these goals.

After leaving my native England to pursue a career in the arena of semi-professional sport, I gained respect for just how powerful the mind can be in conjunction to how our bodies perform. This is ultimately what led me to coaching. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to experience world travel and the chance to witness and study many different forms of holistic mind works. This opened my eyes to realize that the mind and body are remarkably interconnected and when you develop harmony between the two it is a recipe for a healthy productive life.
I received my Health Coach Certification from the Dr Sears Wellness Institute, founded by world-renowned physician and author, Dr. William Sears. The Institute is a leader in science-based health and wellness education that focuses on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.).
I was certified by the American Association of Behavioral Therapists and the National Guild of Hypnotherapists back in 2000. I joined the International Coach Federation as a behavioral success coach in 2001. In 2012, I obtained my personal trainers’ certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
Going L.E.A.N. was one of the easiest transitions my family has ever made, and I am passionate about sharing these life-changing tools and information with you and your family.
